What We Want People Receiving Services To Know
At CLS we want to make sure everyone receiving services is being treated fairly and they know their rights. The following are very important to CLS:
1. Your Voice and Opinion Matter – Our services are geared towards you and we want to hear from you.
2. Choosing Services – You can choose CLS or another agency if you would like.
3. Being Treated Fairly – If you feel you are not being treated fairly, we would be happy to help.
4. Receiving the Services You Need – If you are currently services, you may also be able to receive others. For example, if you are receiving ISLA Services, you may be able to be in the Day Support Program or another agency. All you have to do is be approved from Southeast and we can assist in any way.
